Two new modules aim to help healthcare establishments and purchasing groups manage their supplies and maintain their activities despite tensions, disruptions or computer attacks. At the same time, a third module is launched to help radiology practices comply with Decree No. 2023-1371 of 12.28.2023 modifying the conditions of care and distribution of certain medications (contrast products) necessary for carrying out examinations. medical imaging. As a result, this Decree directs supplies of contrast products towards radiology practices and no longer towards town pharmacies.
The three modules are integrated into the Hospitalis platform, and are activated according to the needs of each user.
HospiVigie for monitoring supply tensions
HospiVigie allows real-time monitoring of supply tensions, allowing establishments and purchasing groups to react immediately to secure supplies. Since its commissioning at the end of the 4th quarter of 2023, the module already has 12 suppliers of health products (laboratories and manufacturers of medical devices), i.e. a dynamic of enlisting one new supplier per week. Nearly 1,800 health establishments also have access to this module. It will be open to purchasing groups wishing to do so from February 12, 2024.
The advantages of HospiVigie include in particular the instantaneous monitoring of the impact of tensions in current orders for the establishment, the development of a market of substitute products for a purchasing group, a reduction in calls to customer service from the supplier, a reduction in the risk of purchasing on behalf of the supplier.
