The acquisition of Visiodent places Cegedim Santé as a key player in France in this segment with more than 1,000 health centers equipped in total.
Visiodent achieved a turnover of around 10 million euros last year. The amount of the transaction was not specified.

Moving forward in generative AI
Digital companies have already started to adapt their offers and practices to this development, which combines ChatGPT and information systems.
