(CercleFinance.com) – Allianz France and Cegedim Insurance Solutions announce that they have signed a 15-year strategic partnership to develop the health and provident insurance business together, by entrusting its management to Cegedim, for optimized contract management.
This structuring partnership is based on a delegation of management to Cegedim Insurance Solutions and a transfer of skills with the reception by Cegedim of the Allianz France teams currently providing these activities.
It involves the gradual migration to Cegedim Insurance Solutions’ software solutions of Allianz’s portfolios of group health, individual health and group provident insurance policies in France, representing 1.3 million people protected.
