Cegid finalizes the acquisition of Notilus

(Boursier.com) — Cegid announces the final signature of the acquisition of Notilus, a French software publisher of T&E (Travel & Expense – management of travel and expense reports), a subsidiary of Dimo ​​Software, which has 138 employees. Notilus becomes, as of today, Notilus, A Cegid Company.

Cegid announced on May 25 its intention to acquire Notilus and confirms that this purchase is now finalized. Notilus is a historically recognized brand, which has useful and innovative solutions of very high quality, highly appreciated by its customers, and whose implementation is simple and fast. It has 25 years of experience, has more than 1,000 multi-sector clients in France, as well as internationally, mainly SMEs, ETIs and large accounts, such as Acadomia, Atol Les Opticiens, Casino, Groupama, Groupe ADP, Legrand, Rossignol , Groupe Seb, Stellantis, FN Herstal, Ferrovial and other prestigious companies, banks and international organizations…, i.e. 2,000,000 users.

With this acquisition, Cegid is accelerating its strategy to serve Finance Departments, one of its five priority markets, and is consolidating its position as European leader in cloud management solutions. Cegid is thus extending its product portfolio with one of the leading solutions on the T&E market, and is supporting the development of Notilus and its sales in SaaS mode.

Gilles Bobichon, Chief Executive Officer of Notilus, the members of the executive committee, as well as the 138 employees of Notilus are joining Cegid and its Finance Business Unit under the direction of Jean-Baptiste Auzou as of July 4.
