Raw food or literally “raw food” in French, is the Californian diet that Gwyneth Paltrow loves. His plate of raw food is like this composed of raw or lightly cooked foods (no more than 47.8 degrees). Because, cooking vegetables would destroy their nutrients enormously. The more foods are eaten naturally, the more you retain their vitamins and minerals. The ideal is to eat only organic food, whether it is fruit or vegetables, or certain meats or fish. As for the benefits of this diet, they are very numerous. Indeed, the foods that are consumed are rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. This allows to strengthen your immune systemto boost his energy and keep his silhouette at the top.
Note that you should also avoid all types of dairy and animal products. And of course, eating raw is not good for everyone, especially for sensitive stomachs. It is therefore preferable, before you start, to contact a doctor in order to set up a serious follow-up.
