Interviewed in the magazine SheKylie Minogue revealed her morning routine that keeps her slim: “In the morning, I need something substantial, like an omelet, ham and wholemeal bread”. In addition to a balanced diet, the star makes sure to have a good dose of sleep: “I need my eight hours of sleep. I also take fifteen-minute naps, lying in the dark. I call it my “Nasa Nap”.
The singer also takes care to have regular physical activity: “When I record, I sit for hours, cloistered in a studio. So, to compensate for this sedentary side, I play golf, I do Pilates and I walk. On the other hand, running bores me. I prefer to do stretching in front of the television, just to wake up my body gently “.
