Cenergy Holdings: Hellenic Cables wins two contracts with Amprion GmbH

(Boursier.com) — Cenergy Holdings announces that Hellenic Cables, its Cables segment, has been awarded a contract by Amprion GmbH, one of Europe’s leading Transmission System Operators (TSO), for two 380 kV AC underground transmission systems in Germany for the Borgholzhausen (BHH, EnLAG16) and Conneforde-Cloppenburg-Merzen (CCM, BBPIG6, Sections A and C) projects.
Under the terms of the contract, Hellenic Cables will be responsible for the design and production of the underground cables, supply of accessories, cable laying, splicing and termination works, as well as acceptance testing on site of installed cable systems. Each project includes 380 kV AC enameled copper cable, representing an important project in the power transmission sector. Manufacturing will take place in Greece from 2026.
