This new connected oven will be able to stop the cooking of your small dishes automatically, among other features.

Samsung wants to improve the comfort of its users at home through connected and intelligent products. The brand proves it again with its latest innovation.

Slide your dish into the oven, Samsung takes care of the rest

The Bespoke AI oven is a built-in model with a push-to-open system. There is no handle on the device to avoid the risk of burns. As its name suggests, it uses different algorithms to help you cook and never miss a single dish that was forgotten in the oven for too long.

Inside the device, the manufacturer has slipped a camera that identifies the food placed in the oven. The image recognition system is capable, according to Samsung, of recognizing up to 106 dishes for the European model, and the latter will also benefit from a burnt dish recognition system. The oven would therefore be able to alert you in the event of cooking a little too long.

If you want to stay in control of your preparation, a 7-inch control panel gives you access to all the options. The Bespoke AI oven offers different cooking modes, such as steam cooking or dual temperature zones.

Broadcast the cooking of your gratin on your networks

Samsung highlights its software ecosystem, with SmartThings and Samsung Health, to use, if you wish, your health data in order to offer you dishes in accordance with your dietary objectives. You can also use the brand’s home automation application to start the oven remotely, start preheating or control the temperature.

Better yet: Samsung wants to give you the option of using the camera to stream your preparations live. The brand explains that this feature will be “ ideal for content creators and passionate chefs who want to share their dishes on their social media. The camera can be used more pragmatically to monitor cooking remotely from another room via your smartphone.

The Bespoke AI oven won’t be available until Q3 2023, and Samsung hasn’t released any pricing information for its new connected home appliance.
