(CercleFinance.com) – Contrarian Capital Management, acting on behalf of the funds it manages, declared to the AMF that it crossed downwards, on November 8, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of CGG, following a sale of CGG shares on the market.
The declarant specified that he held, on behalf of said funds, 35,417,315 CGG shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 4.97% of the capital and 4.96% of the voting rights of this geosciences company.
