Chalon-sur-Saône: two septuagenarians die in a fire

Two septuagenarians died following the fire of a house in Chalon-sur-Saône, Sunday evening, we learned on Monday from a police source.

The firefighters could only see when they arrived at the scene of the disaster, around 10:00 p.m. Sunday, that the house was completely ablaze. They discovered two unconscious victims, a 74-year-old man and his 70-year-old sister, who were seriously intoxicated. Hospitalized, they died overnight, a police source said. The circumstances of the fire are not known.
