In the seven-minute stoppage time, it wasn’t just the Milanese who trembled: the ball hit the edge of the Inter goal twice. First, Mehdi Taremi failed to hit the post in the 95th minute after a brilliant save by goalkeeper André Onana, before Marko Grujic headed the ball free on the crossbar just a few seconds later.
But this was not the end of the game: Pepê set it, who picked up the yellow-red card seconds before the final whistle with a frustration foul.
Inter was waiting for a counterattack
