Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – September 30, 2022) – IAMGOLD Corporation (NYSE: IAG) (TSX: IMG) (“IAMGOLD” or the “Corporation”) announces the resignation of Deborah Starkman as a director from the Board of Directors effective at the close of business on September 30, 2022. Mmean Starkman resigns in order to focus on his other professional commitments. She has served on the IAMGOLD Board of Directors since December 2020.
