Chaos in the morning traffic – climate stickers back on Austria’s roads

After the ten-day tape campaigns on Vienna’s streets in February, the activists of the last generation AT are already back. In Vienna, but also in Graz. On Monday around 8 a.m., the protesters paralyzed the Wienzeile, as they had often done before. There will probably be delays in the morning traffic at the level of the aftermarket.

Already after the ten-day sticking actions in February – activists of the last generation AT paralyzed the morning traffic in Vienna from February 13th to 23rd – the protesters already announced further demonstrations for March. However, the group did not officially announce the time beforehand. On Monday it was time again. Not for the first time, the Last Generation AT is causing chaos at the Naschmarkt. Around 8 a.m., numerous activists gathered there again and taped them to the street. But not only in Vienna, the climate group causes annoyance, also in Graz. In the Styrian capital, the climate stickers have shut down the Glacisstraße. The police are already on duty to disperse the gathering as soon as possible. There were also demonstrations in Austria last Monday. While Vienna and Graz are next in line this Monday, it was Innsbruck and Salzburg last week, where climate adhesives paralyzed the streets.
