A well-rehearsed strategy. As our colleagues from the Parisiana 56-year-old man appeared on Thursday, October 6, 2022 for acts of incestuous rape. Acts he would have committed on his daughter-in-law, then ten years old. At the time of the facts, the latter receives one fine day several SMS from a telephone number that she does not know. In each message, his interlocutor makes him the promise to offer him magnificent gifts, only if she agrees to have filmed sex with her stepfather.
Distraught, the young girl will then ask for explanations from the one she considers and whom she calls “father”. The latter will advise him to accept the proposed market. He also explains to her that it is not necessary to speak to her mother about it. If at first the little girl refuses, she will receive dozens of messages a day, some threatening. So, one Wednesday afternoon, while her mother is at work, the young girl gives in. Her stepfather will thus be able to engage in the first sexual touching of his stepdaughter. During these atrocities, the man films the incestuous gestures that he inflicts on the little girl. She confided to the investigators that during these acts, she put her head in a cushion, cried and called her mother for help. The man allegedly replied: “Your mother, she is far away, you will see others in life”.
An odious blackmail
The horror doesn’t end there. Now, the messages she receives threaten to broadcast the images. Only way out: continue to accept the incestuous gestures of her stepfather, which will impose a digital penetration and even sodomy using a sex toy of his companion. For over a year and a half, the little girl is in the hands of her stepfather. But everything will stop, when the mother one day puts her hand on one of her companion’s telephones. She will ask him for an explanation. He would then have explained to her that in reality, it would be his daughter who fell in love with him. After months of silence, the young girl, at the end of her tether, will confess everything, to her mother but also to the police. Two weeks later, the man is arrested. “My client admitted touching the genitals but always disputed the acts of rape described by the complainant, in particular those with alleged use of sex toys.“, exposes today his lawyer, Me Thibaut Kurzawa. The stepfather faces a maximum sentence of twenty years in prison.
