Charge pumped over – got stuck in the ground: truck threatened to tip over

During an evasive maneuver, the truck and semi-trailer left the lane on Monday morning in Wieting and got stuck in the soft soil of the shoulder. The truck threatened to tip over.

In order to be able to salvage the truck, two towing companies first had to pump the load – several tons of cement – from the silo trailer onto another truck. Only then could the stuck truck be pulled onto the roadway. The Wieting volunteer fire brigade was also on duty with eleven people and three vehicles. Traffic had to be diverted over a large area. The road was reopened to traffic three hours later. There was minor damage to the truck and trailer. The driver (37) from Slovakia was unharmed.
