(CercleFinance.com) – Sycomore Asset Management, acting on behalf of the funds it manages, declared to the AMF that on November 3 it had crossed the threshold of 5% of the voting rights of Chargeurs, at result of an acquisition of shares on the market.
The management company specified that it holds, on behalf of the said funds, 1,304,074 Chargeurs shares, or 5.25% of the capital and 5.003% of the voting rights of this group specializing in niche technology and luxury markets.
