Charlène of Monaco showed on Instagram which new “haircut” daughter Gabriella gave her brother.

Charlène of Monaco (44) has revealed that her daughter Gabriella (7) gave herself and her twin brother Jacques a new haircut. And apparently a few days before she returned to school. The 44-year-old showed on Instagram two pictures of the children. Gabriella appears to have cut off her bangs, while Jacques appears to have lost some of his side hair. In the post, Charlène writes: “Gabriella cut her hair and her brother’s hair!!! I’m looking forward to school on Monday…”

The twins were born in December 2014. Together with their parents, Princess Charlène and Prince Albert II (64), the two young royals made their first official visit to Norway a few weeks ago. In Oslo they met Crown Prince Haakon (49) and his family at the end of June.

Charlène struggled with health problems

The outing marked a first return to royal life as a public family for Albert II, Charlene and the children. Charlène only returned to Monaco in March after a lengthy stay in a clinic in Switzerland. Before that, she was stuck in South Africa for many months with an ear, nose and throat condition. The recent events were “a test” for his wife, “who suffered a lot and went through difficult times far away from her family,” the prince said in an interview “Le Journal de Dimanche” subsequently explained.
