Charlene of Monaco: this good that Prince Albert would have confiscated from him since his return

For a few months, Charlène of Monaco has been back in the Principality. She would, however, continue her convalescence far from the Rock, in the farm of Roc Agel. And according to the information relayed by milleunadonna, her husband, Prince Albert II would have taken the decision to prohibit him from driving, for a very specific reason.

Last March, Charlene of Monaco made his grand return to the principality, after spending several weeks in a specialized establishment to treat his physical and moral exhaustion. “In agreement with his doctors and with his recovery well underway, Their Serene Highnesses have agreed that Princess Charlene can now continue her recovery in the Principality, with her husband and children.had thus announced an official press release from the Monegasque palace.

But the princess would not have returned to the private apartments of the prince’s palace. Indeed, she would have settled in Roc Agel, the place where she was confined in the spring of 2020 with her children during the Covid-19 pandemic. This estate, nicknamed La Ferme and acquired by Prince Rainier in 1957, has a building built on the side of a hill. “No one has been unaware for years that Charlene, as soon as she can, flees protocol, dividing her time between the Provençal refuge of Roc Ageloffered by Rainier to Grace, a house in Corsica, lent by friends, and holidays in Turkey”explained Stéphane Bern in the columns of Paris Match in August 2021.

Albert II traumatized by the death of his mother

But Roc Angel was also the refuge of Grace Kelly, the mother of Prince Albert II. And it is near this place that the latter died in September 1982. While she was driving her car, with her daughter Stephanie at her side, the princess had not buckled her seat belt. And as she rode the mountain road and the bends, Grace Kelly lost control of the vehicle. She eventually died the following day from internal bleeding. A terrible tragedy that continues to haunt Prince Albert, who wants to do everything to prevent such an accident from happening again. And according to information from the milleunadonna site, the sovereign would therefore have decided to confiscate Charlene of Monaco’s car to prevent her from driving alone to the estate at Roc Agel. “Albert chose a wife who looks a lot like his mother”had analyzed Philippe Delorme in The Economist in August 2021.
