On November 30, 2022, the Board of Directors, after noting the resignation of Jean-François Vaury, representative of Johes SAS, for personal reasons, decided to co-opt Marc-Etienne Mercadier, representative of the Eiffel Gaz Vert fund, shareholder of the Company, as a director for the remainder of Jean-François Vaury’s term of office (i.e. until the end of the ordinary general meeting which will be called upon to rule in 2023 on the financial statements for the year ended on December 31, 2022).
