(CercleFinance.com) – Charwood Energy announces the commissioning of a sanitation unit, coupled with a biomass boiler room, on the Methadomf site in Normandy, a project representing a turnover of €1.1 million. euros for 2023.
After only 18 months of work, this sanitation unit, now in service, already recycles more than 180 m3 per day, or more than 52,000 tonnes of agricultural waste per year, from associated participating farms.
This project demonstrates Charwood Energy’s ability to ‘engage in biomass valorization projects with innovative solutions’. The biogas thus produced will mainly be valorized by reinjection into the GRDF natural gas network.
