Cherpas, the start-up that peels your bills, aims for 100,000 customers in 2025

The Bretons of Cherpas want to increase in power. The Rennes start-up has just raised one million euros to boost its growth, according to The gallery. Launched in 2019, the company is working to analyze the subscriptions of individuals (electricity and gas, internet, mobile, etc.) to help them save money by offering them less expensive offers adapted to their daily consumption. Since the service is free for users, the company is remunerated with the commissions paid by certain suppliers when it brings them new customers.

To date, Cherpas claims nearly 20,000 customers and is aiming for 100,000 by 2025. The context is rather favorable to the development of the start-up while inflation continues to soar and undermines the household budgets.
