Are Cher and Alexander Edwards rekindling their romance? Now they were photographed holding hands in Beverly Hills.
Has music icon Cher (77) rekindled her love affair with producer Alexander “AE” Edwards (37)? “Page Six”, the gossip portal of the “New York Post”, has now published pictures in which the two were photographed holding hands as they left the celebrity restaurant Funke in Beverly Hills. Cher and Edwards had dinner there with the Colombian singer J Balvin (38), his girlfriend, the model Valentina Ferrer (29) and rapper Tyga (33).
When asked about his relationship status by journalists present, Edwards only replied with a smile. They got into a waiting SUV together and then laughed and whispered in the back seat. After the first engagement rumors due to a striking ring on Cher’s finger in spring 2023, the alleged love break-up followed in May. A friend of the couple told Us Weekly at the time that the two had separated “a few weeks ago.”
Cher and Edwards are said to have been a couple since November 2022 at the latest. At that time they were also spotted holding hands in Los Angeles for the first time. An insider said after the split that although the two were never engaged, the relationship was “serious.” Their liaison is said to have lasted a total of six months.
Alexander Edwards: scandalous past with Amber Rose
Alexander Edwards, who also goes by AE, has a three-year-old son with model Amber Rose (39). The relationship ended in 2021 because AE is said to have cheated on Rose with at least twelve women.
Cher has been married twice. From 1964 to 1975 she was in a relationship with Sonny Bono (1935-1998), with whom she had their now 54-year-old son Chaz Bono. From 1975 to 1979 she was married to Gregg Allman (1947-2017). Her prominent ex-lovers include Tom Cruise (61) and Val Kilmer (63).
