Chet Hanks does not want to know anything about the corona vaccination, as he explains in clear words on Instagram.

His parents were among the first Hollywood stars to contract the coronavirus. Chet Hanks, 31, one of the sons of Tom Hanks, 65 and Rita Wilson, 64, speaks still on Instagram against a corona vaccination and played down the virus.

It is important to get vaccinated to get the situation under control, he explains in the clip. But that was evidently meant sarcastically. Because suddenly Hanks’ voice and facial expression change abruptly and he begins to scream.

“I’ve never had Covid and you won’t prick me with that damn needle. It’s just a damn flu, handle it!” Hanks yells into his cell phone camera. Anyone who is afraid of the disease should stay at home: “If you’re in danger, stay home with your ass! I’m sick of wearing that damn mask!”

Hanks and Wilson donated blood plasma for the vaccine

Rita Wilson and Tom Hanks tested positive for the coronavirus in March 2020. The two spent several days in the hospital. It was very painful and uncomfortable, said Wilson about a month later on the US program “CBS This Morning”. She had a fever of almost 39 degrees and chills “like never before” and lost her sense of taste and smell. Her husband’s symptoms were milder.

The two later donated blood for research purposes in order to possibly speed up the development of a vaccine – a vaccine that their son apparently won’t touch.
