Chiara Ferragni, 36, is one of the biggest stars on the international influencer scene. Like no other, she has managed to create a brand of herself with multimillion-euro income. Now the Italian is showing her beautiful holiday villa on Lake Como for the first time.

The newest resident of the exclusive neighborhood is none other than Chiara Ferragni. The world’s most successful fashion influencer (almost 30 million Instagram followers) has purchased a beautiful house with direct access to the lake for herself and her family.

Located in Pognana Lario, on the southwestern side of Lake Como and therefore really just a stone’s throw from George and Amal Clooney, 45, the property impresses with its beautiful grounds and tasteful interior. According to media reports, seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, an infinity pool and private jetty are just some of the advantages that the “Ferragnez” can now enjoy.
The renowned design studio 13.1 Architecture & Decor is responsible for the extensive renovation of Villa Matilda (named after Chiara’s deceased dog). Milan responsible. It appears the new home is still under construction, but early images suggest an ultra-luxurious interior with lots of marble and high ceilings.
