The editor Devolver Digital is always on the right track when it comes to highlighting atypical video games. The studio launches today Children of the Sun, a shooting and puzzle game developed by René Rother. An original title to say the least, time for the launch trailer (with Holly of Sleigh Bells in the background and not Children of the Sun of Dead Can Dance…):
In Children of the Sun, The girl embarks on a vengeful quest against The sect And The leader who ruined his life. No question of rushing headlong into the pile, The girl has only one bullet in his rifle, which must be controlled after each impact to accumulate victims. Some abilities are there to vary the gameplaysuch as the ability to curve the shot and pierce walls, Children of the Sun is indeed a puzzle game before being a shooting game.
