Chocolate pudding made from three ingredients – how it works

Banana is the key! Chocolate pudding made from three ingredients

We love chocolate pudding! It reminds us of our childhood, provides comfort in stressful times and simply promises 100 percent pure enjoyment. It's hard to resist chocolate pudding. If only it weren't for the many calories …

We were all the happier when we discovered Mia von Kochkarussell's chocolate pudding. "So now it is out. The chocolate pudding made from three ingredients is by far the most delicious, creamy and fastest chocolate pudding I have ever tasted. And you read that right: only THREE ingredients tempting, isn't it? "Mia writes on her blog. The chocolate pudding is ready in five minutes. Fast, healthy and delicious – it really doesn't get any better than this.

"And by the way, this pudding also has another great purpose: The recipe is now my standard weapon for all visitors, who cannot identify with an easy-care 'I eat everything'," writes Mia. Because the pudding trumps with a few more other pluses on: It is vegan, a paleo recipe and also suitable for all raw eaters in the world. No industrial sugar, no dairy products.

This is in it:

  • 4 bananas
  • 8 tbsp unsweetened baking cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp almond butter

And this is how it works: Puree the three ingredients in the blender – done! If you like, you can add toppings like nuts or fruits on top.

This is Mia from "Kochkarussell"

Mia shares her favorite recipes on her cooking carousel blog – everything from chocolate-coconut muesli to lentil bolognese is included. Mostly vegetarian, but not exclusively. Mia's goal: quick and easy after-work meals with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Their promise: No recipe requires more than ten ingredients.

Mia's recipes are packed with healthy ingredients. This is no coincidence, because Mia is studying ecotrophology and knows what a healthy and varied diet looks like. The chocolate pudding made from three ingredients proves that enjoyment is not neglected. We are excited to see how the cooking carousel continues to turn.
