Thor star Chris Hemsworth (36) will temporarily offer all of his workouts for free. The reason: Because of the Corona crisis, the fitness studios in his native Australia remain closed indefinitely. The actor therefore gives access to his "Centr" health and fitness app for six weeks without users having to pay.

On Instagram, the Hollywood star says "Centr" was founded "to make health and happiness accessible to everyone, and I hope this will make this access even easier during the current global health crisis." In a video, Hemsworth also says: "At the moment there is a lot of fear, restlessness and insecurity in the world. You are probably stuck at home, so I wanted to give everyone free access to my fitness app for the next six weeks."
In times like these, "now more than ever, we need to focus on what I think are the three most important pillars for a healthier and happier life," said Hemsworth: "Exercise, nutrition and mental fitness." With free access to the app, he hoped to help even more people "stay strong and healthy and find inner peace when we all need it most".
