Chris Marques: Bright appearance alongside his darling Jaclyn, rare photos of the couple

Chris Markswhich is highly anticipated this Friday for the finale of the twelfth season of Dance with the starswas in Bordeaux this Wednesday, November 9, for the preview of the film My heroine at the UGC Ciné Cité Bassins à Flot cinema. He was not alone but accompanied by his darling Jaclyn Spencer, with whom he exchanged a few moments of complicity, under the eyes of the director of the projected film: Noémie Lefort.

As a reminder, the appearances of the lovebirds are quite rare. If they sometimes grant themselves a few evenings in front of the cameras, it remains occasional. Also in an interview, Chris Marques is not one to confide in his relationship with the British dancer. But here, too, there are exceptions. Like this interview he gave to our colleagues from the magazine Paris here last year, and in which he confided in his love life.

“Engaged for fifteen years” but “not married”

He had notably explained that, despite the fact that they met during a dance competition in 1997, the technicality of their steps had had no impact on their desire to learn more about each other. “It was not at all a criterion. We met through dance, but not because of dance“, he clarified. He also took advantage of this discussion to clarify their love status: “We’ve been engaged for fifteen years and not married. Maybe one day, but we don’t care“.

Note that he also had a few words for their son Jackson, born on October 18, 2016. A young boy who already obviously has rhythm in his skin: “He loves to move and dances whenever he hears music. He’s a hard rock maniac at the moment. When he was a baby he picked up one of the jury score signs from the show and when he sees me on TV today he pulls it out and yells, ‘That’s a 10, dad !’ He amuses us a lot.” recounted Chris Marques with great enthusiasm.

It remains to be seen whether little Jackson will take his parents’ example and embark on a career as a professional dancer when he grows up… To be continued!
