Sarah Jessica Parker and Chris Noth had many memorable scenes on Sex and the City. Noth personally thinks this is the best.
Chris Noth (66) and Sarah Jessica Parker (56) had many funny moments on the set of the cult series “Sex and the City”. While appearing on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” the hostess asked the actor about his favorite scenes from the hit series. Noth, who played Carrie Bradshaw’s (Parker’s) love, Mr. Big, said, “My favorite was when she farted in bed.”
The TV star added, “And I insisted on making the sound to get it right because I’m an expert on farts. And that was a good one because then she tried to put her head under the covers stuck and I said something like, ‘No, not there, that’s the problem.’ ”
“So many great moments”
In second place for Noth is a scene from the third season of “Sex and the City” in which Carrie and Big fall into the water in Central Park. He also enjoyed that very much, the actor explained. The scene was shot in a single take, he recalls. “And I love that picture. That was good.” He went on to say, “There have been so many great comedy moments on the show and it was just a great time.”
So far, however, Noth has only been cautious about whether he will be part of the new edition of “Sex and the City”, which will be produced by Parker and her co-stars Kristin Davis (56) and Cynthia Nixon (55). The three actresses slip back into their original roles as Carrie, Charlotte York and Miranda Hobbes. Kim Cattrall, 64, will not return as Samantha Jones.
After “Page Six”, the celebrity site of the “New York Post”, reported that Noth as Mr. Big would not be in the next chapter of the series entitled “And Just Like That …”, he was said to be a fan have responded on Instagram with wink emoji: “If ‘Page Six’ says that, it will be true …” On another comment, he allegedly wrote: “Everything is changing – including announcements in the cheese leaves.” The ten-part series “And Just Like That …” is primarily about the three friends Carrie, Miranda and Charlotte, who are now in their fifties. She’ll likely be on HBO Max from 2022.
