After three and a half years, “This Is Us” star Chrissy Metz is single again. She and her partner Bradley Collins have separated.
Chrissy Metz (43) is single again. This is what the actress known from the successful US series “This Is Us” has announced on Instagram. In a statement, she and her ex-partner Bradley Collins said they had decided to “end their romantic relationship amicably.”
The two were in a relationship for three and a half years. Despite their separation, there is no bad blood between them. “Although we continue to love each other very much, we believe this is the best path for both of us. We still have books to write and songs to sing,” Metz writes. However, the actress and the author would continue to remain in each other’s lives through their “special friendship.”
They met in May 2020. In February of this year they published a children’s book together called “When I Talk to God, I Talk About You”.
Chrissy Metz has been married before
Before her relationship with Collins, Chrissy Metz was married to British journalist Martyn Eaden from 2008 to 2015. She was then in a relationship with, among others, the cameraman Josh Stancil and the composer Hal Rosenfeld.
The US actress celebrated her international breakthrough with her role as Kate Pearson in the drama series “This Is US” alongside stars such as Mandy Moore (39) and Milo Ventimiglia (46). For her performance, Metz was nominated twice for a Golden Globe and once for an Emmy.
