Christian Quesada: after his return to prison, justice has decided for the ex-champion of the 12 Coups de midi


Thursday October 6, 2022, Christian Quesada appeared before the sentence enforcement judge during a hearing in Perpignan. He was sentenced to stay an additional month in prison.

On Tuesday September 27, Christian Quesada was arrested and then imprisoned in Perpignan for not having respected the obligations of his parole. Indeed, the former champion of the 12 noon shots had been arrested and indicted in March 2019 for “corruption of minors” and “possession and dissemination of child pornography“. He had then been sentenced to three years in prison and five years of socio-legal follow-up.

Released in March 2021, the candidate for 112 victories on Jean-Luc Reichmann’s show was to follow certain conditions to remain on parole. Among these conditions, the obligation to follow psychiatric care, to report a possible change of address, a departure abroad, to compensate the civil parties, not to enter into contact with them or to find a job. .

Christian Quesada sentenced to stay in prison for another month

According to newspaper information The Independent, Christian Quesada appeared before the sentence enforcement judge in Perpignan during a hearing on Thursday 6 October. At the end of this hearing, the judge decided to extend his detention for another month. Indeed, the former champion of Jean-Luc Reichmann would not have respected obligation to find work which was imposed on him. It is this failure that would have led him to return to prison.

Christian Quesada made a name for himself in the 1980s and 1990s by participating in the program Des figures et des lettres, broadcast on Antenne 2. In 2016, he made his big comeback on television and had established himself as the best candidate in the show Les 12 coups de midi. He had managed to collect the record sum of 809,000 euros.
