Actress Christina Ricci obtains an injunction against her husband. Not only may he no longer approach her.
US actress Christina Ricci (40, "Mermaids kiss better") has applied for an injunction against her husband James Heerdegen for domestic violence. This was approved by a judge on Wednesday. Heerdegen has to keep a distance of at least 100 meters from Ricci, has no right to visit their son Freddie (6) and has to stay away from the family dog.
As "People" reports further, the actress claims in the application that the magazine has received that she was physically abused by army swords. Heerdegen's attorney said "TMZ" that his client "unequivocally denies all abuse allegations of Ms. Ricci, which arose in 2020".
Christina Ricci and James Heerdegen met on the set of the series "Pan Am" (2011). The two celebrated their wedding in 2013. In August 2014, their son was born. A court had already ordered in July 2020 that he was no longer allowed to approach her.
