Kevin Costner’s ex-wife is said to be married again

A few months after her divorce from Kevin Costner, Christine Baumgartner is said to be married again. She is said to be very “happy”.
Kevin Costner (68) and Christine Baumgartner (49) have been officially divorced since September 2023. In May she filed for divorce after 18 years, followed by a months-long court battle. Baumgartner is now apparently taken again – and has been for some time. As “People” reports, the 49-year-old has reportedly been dating banker Josh Connor (49), a friend and former neighbor of the ex-couple, “since separating from Kevin.”
“People” refers to a friend of Baumgartner. “Originally, Josh was just a friend,” the magazine quoted the source as saying. “Christine likes spending time with him. He is a divorced father and understands what she has been through. They both love the sea and beach life. It is something that makes Christine happy.” Another insider adds that Baumgartner and Connor are supposed to be dating, but that they already had a “strong friendship” beforehand. They are “at the same point in their lives” and are “having a lot of fun together.”
Was he the reason for the divorce?
Already at the weekend the “Daily Mail” Photos published showing Baumgartner and Connor together. In the past few months, the two are said to have taken several trips together, including a vacation to Hawaii in Julyin which Baumgartner’s three children are said to have been there with Costner.
According to People, Josh Connor’s name was also mentioned in the divorce trial and custody battle between Baumgartner and Costner. Baumgartner’s lawyer explained that his client and Connor do not have a romantic relationship. They were just friends, it was said at the time.
Kevin Costner and Christine Baumgartner have been married since September 2004. They share two sons (*2007 and *2009) and a daughter (*2010). In May 2023, Baumgartner filed for divorce.
