The year is coming to an end and so we are officially in review mode! In our survey today we ask you whether the Christ Child put technology gifts under the tree for you.
The year 2021 was a year full of ups and downs for techies. There were a number of cool new releases – but also the usual amount of vaporware and broken promises. We are also struggling with component shortages, the lack of availability of some products and even the fear of inflation. All of this left an additional bland aftertaste in what was already a difficult year in 2021.
Did you get any tech gifts for Christmas this year?
As my colleague Ben warned more than two months ago, supply chain problems threaten the availability of many different products over the holidays. He therefore strongly advised you to buy gifts earlier than usual to avoid disappointment.
And just as important:
We know, of course, that gifts aren’t really the most important thing during the holiday season, but as a tech website, we had to ask that question, right?
