(CercleFinance.com) – The Board of Directors, meeting today, wished to renew its confidence in Mr. Dominique Thillaud for the renewal of his mandate as Managing Director.
His current mandate expires at the end of the Annual General Meeting which will approve the accounts for the financial year ending September 30, 2024 set for March 13, 2025.
The Board of Directors has indicated that it will formally renew Mr. Dominique Thillaud in his functions during its meeting of March 13, 2025 and from this date, for a period of 4 years expiring at the end of the Annual General Meeting which will approve the accounts for the financial year ending September 30, 2028.
