Cult horror comedy from the 80s directed by Tim Burton, Beetlejuice will be entitled to a sequel this year, still with the same director. This week, Warner Bros. Pictures unveiled a first teaser of BeetlejuiceBeetlejuicefull of visual and musical references to the first feature film:
Even if BeetlejuiceBeetlejuice will stage again Michael Keaton as Beetlejuice and Winona Ryder and Catherine O’Hara in those of the sisters Lydia And Delia Deetzthis sequel will introduce new characters, including Astrid Deetzthe daughter of Lydiaplayed by Jenna Ortega (Wednesday, Scream). The cast will also include Justin Theroux (The Leftlovers), Burn Gorman (Torchwood), Monica Bellucci and Willem Dafoe.
The story will take place several years after the first film, while the family Deetz is reunited again Winter River following a tragedy.
