The only feature film Marvel Cinematic Universe planned for this year, the third Dead Pool made official in September 2022 will finally make Ryan Reynolds’ dream of a film where he and his friend Hugh Jackman share the spotlight. We were able to discover a first teaser necessarily shifted from this Deadpool & Wolverine in Februaryshowing us in particular the intervention of VAT came to recruit Wade Wilson so that it becomes, in its own words, Marvel Jesusnot without breaking the 4th wall several times in the process. He even goes so far as to kill the Dead Pool of X-Men Origins: Wolverine and Ryan Reynolds before he agreed to film Green Lantern.
With such emphasis on Wolverineit goes without saying that we should see him in costume and in action (with his helmet?). Director Shawn Levy for his part reposted the video adding “The Prophecy was real”, while Hugh Jackman said “Patience is not my strong point”.
Finally, a new, fairly refined poster has been put online by Marvel Studiossimply showing the right forearm of Wolverine teasing so this famous blue and yellow costume, signatureadamantium ready to fight, and the left forearm of Dead Pool whose index finger caresses one of the blades. This is somewhat reminiscent of one of the posters for Logan on which X-23 grabbed the hand of X-Men.
The release date of Deadpool & Wolverine As a reminder, it is set for July 26, 2024 in the United States and from the 24th in France. The Blu-ray box set of the first two Dead Pool is sold €16.95 on Amazon.
