CINEMA: Jurassic World, the next film finds its new director, what will reassure fans?

Franchise Jurassic Park/world will continue. After two trilogies, Universal Pictures wants to make a reboot total, without Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard nor Sam Niell, Laura Dern and Jeff Goldblum. There are still great promises, with Amblin Entertainment (Steven Spielberg) producing and David Koepp (Jurassic Park And The Lost World: Jurassic Park) to the scenario.

The producers are in a hurry, they want to release the new film in the summer of 2025, they therefore recruited David Leitch to direct this feature film. But the man behind Atomic Blonde, Deadpool 2, Fast and Furious: Hobbs and Shaw, Bullet Train And The Fall Guy quickly abandoned the project, undoubtedly seeing his creativity restricted by an already well-prepared production. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Universal reportedly in final talks with Gareth Edwards to direct next film Jurassic World. A name that is reassuring, it is known for Monsters, Godzilla, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and more recently The Creatorhe is also renowned for knowing how to perfectly stage monuments and gigantic creatures, the dinosaurs will be more impressive than ever.

This should delight fans of the franchise, hoping that Gareth Edwards has enough freedom to have fun with his camera and big dinosaurs.
