Cinema quiz: try to recognize these films with their poster slogan!

They are sometimes inseparable from their poster, these are the taglines, these little catchphrases that accompany the release of a film. Can you find what title these eight sentences correspond to?

Today, return of the “tagline” quiz on AlloCiné, with always the same principle. We offer you a catchphrase present on the poster of a film that you must find among four title proposals. We had already proposed this concept to you with the 80s, 90s and 2000s.

Short summary of previous episodes. For the 80s, for example, we submitted this sentence to you “Return of a shock duo” with the proposals Lethal Weapon 2 / Die Hard 3 / Tango and Cash / Back to the Future 2. The correct answer was… Lethal Weapon 2, with the return of the duo Mel Gibson-Danny Glover. Another example, a little more difficult perhaps “How to kill what is not alive?”. Among Terminator, The Thing, Poltergeist and Christine, it was not necessary to make a mistake and to choose well the demonic car of John Carpenter.

Another example with for the following decade: “The comedy that takes your breath away”. Again, four proposals with Wayne’s World, The City of Fear, Mary at any price and Dumb & Dumber. The answer was Mary at all costs, the tagline referred to one of the most famous scenes in the film of the Farrelly brothers, when Cameron Diaz uses a gel for his hair… a little particular.

And for the 2000s, among the ten questions that were not submitted to you, was an animated film which included on its poster the slogan “change air”. It was neither Wall-E nor Miyazaki’s Howl’s Moving Castle, but Pixar’s Up There.

It’s up to you to play with this fourth “2010 decade” session of the most famous cinema poster slogans!
