Despite the reinforced security measures applied on a daily basis to protect the integrity of the CIOA Group’s resources, our networks and IT systems are currently the subject, like many other companies, of a cyberattack since November 10, 2022.
The cyberattack temporarily affects CIOA Group’s operations around the world and, as a precautionary measure, we immediately disconnected our computer network and all our applications for this weekend of November 11, to protect our customers, employees and partners.
The technical investigations have concluded that there was a possible intrusion into our databases and analyzes are underway to determine the causes and the modus operandi of the attack.
The CIOA Group’s IT Department immediately surrounded itself with cybersecurity experts to carry out actions aimed at minimizing the impact of this event and securing all access and user accounts on our platforms.
Our IT teams are fully mobilized to ensure the secure and gradual restart of services from Monday, November 14.
CIOA Group undertakes to keep its customers, partners and competent authorities informed, without delay and regularly.
