(CercleFinance.com) – CIS announces that its general meeting has approved the project to transfer the listing of its securities from the regulated market Euronext Paris (Compartment C) to Euronext Growth Paris, and has conferred all powers on the Board of Directors to this effect.
This project will allow CIS to benefit from a regulatory framework more suited to SMEs and ETIs and to reduce its costs linked to listing, while allowing it to continue to benefit from the attractiveness of the financial markets, both in terms of dynamics and of visibility.
Subject to the agreement of Euronext Paris -expected no later than October 31-, this listing will be carried out by means of an accelerated procedure of direct admission to trading of existing shares, without issuance of new shares.
