The terrorist attack on Israel is extremely brutal, as is the response of the attacked country since then. Jerusalem has been widely criticized for its actions in the Gaza Strip. Now the Hamas health authority has published the names of tens of thousands of dead – a third of them are minors.
The Hamas-controlled health authority has published a list of the names of Palestinians who have been killed since the Gaza war began almost a year ago. The list is 649 pages long, contains 34,344 names, and covers the period up to August 31. The figures cannot be independently verified and do not distinguish between civilians and fighters.
On the first 14 pages, the age of 710 people is “0” – babies under one year old. According to the list of names, a total of 11,355 people killed are children and young people under 18 years old. According to the list, the oldest fatalities were two men aged 100 and 101.
According to the agency, more than 41,200 people have been killed in the Gaza Strip since the war began on October 7. A month ago, the Israeli army announced that “more than 17,000 terrorists” had been killed in the Gaza war. This number cannot be independently verified either.
In an attack on October 7, terrorists from Hamas and other extremist organizations killed more than 1,200 people in Israel and took about 250 more hostage to Gaza. The unprecedented massacre sparked the war. In view of the high number of civilian casualties and the catastrophic situation as well as the severe destruction in the Gaza Strip, Israel is under strong international criticism.
