Claranova announces that its subsidiary Avanquest has entered into discussions with several potential investors for the sale of its non-strategic activities (Non-core) in Europe.
This disposal is in line with the transformation of the division into a publisher of proprietary software, marketed by subscription (SaaS mode) and concerns the third-party software distribution activities in Europe as well as activities related to the Micro- Application (sale of paper, labels, stickers, etc.).
Positioned in less buoyant and declining markets, these lower-margin activities, which have become non-strategic, only represent a total turnover of approximately $12 million. Discussions will continue in June with the aim of finalizing the transaction before the end of July 2023.
