(CercleFinance.com) – Continuing its debt reduction, Claranova announces that it has reimbursed the holders of the Euro PP bond last Friday, for a total amount of 19.7 million euros, repayment made from the group’s own funds.
At the end of the current financial year (end of June), it will have repaid more than 55 million euros of its debt (excluding interest) from its own funds. It also carried out over the same period the refinancing of its OCEANE debt, the maturity of which was extended by four years.
These operations make it possible to significantly reduce the group’s level of debt, at the same time reducing the associated financial charges, and to reduce its financial ratio (net debt/normalized ROC) to around three times.
