(AOF) – At the top of the SRD market, Clariane (+7.24% to 2.75 euros) continues its rise this Tuesday after the announcement of a purchase promise received from the Fondation Santé Service for the entire its Home Hospitalization and Home Nursing Services (HAD/SSIAD) activities in France. The group specifies that this agreement comes following a call for tender process in which several players in the sector participated. The activities sold by the Clariane group would represent 8 home hospitalization establishments, including two located in Ile de France.
They would also include 3 nursing and home help service agencies. These activities employ 309 people (full-time equivalent) and achieved a turnover of around 46.5 million euros in 2023.
The entire net proceeds from this sale will be used to repay the group’s debt, as part of the restructuring plan, Clariane specifies. The amount of the transaction is not specified in the press release.
