Clariane: loses 63 ME in 2023 despite an increase in activity


(CercleFinance.com) – Clariane publishes a turnover of 5,047 ME for the 2023 financial year, an organic increase of 8.4% compared to 2022 (+11.4% in published data).

At the same time, EBITDAR excluding IFRS16 stood at €1,127 million, up 3.3% as reported,

On the other hand, the group’s net profit (excluding IFRS16) came to -63 ME, far from the +52 ME recorded a year earlier.

The operational FCF (excluding IFRS16) stands at 191 ME, compared to 371 ME in 2022.
Sophie Boissard, CEO of the group, believes that the year 2023 demonstrated ‘good operational performance’.

She adds that ‘2024 will be an important year of transition for the group, more than ever focused on the quality and performance of its operations as well as the execution of its refinancing plan’.
