(CercleFinance.com) – Morgan Stanley declared to the AMF that, on February 29, it indirectly crossed the threshold of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Clariane and held 5.004% of the capital and voting rights of the dependency support group.
The American bank explains that this crossing of thresholds results from an acquisition of Clariane shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held by assimilation, as a result of which the trading exemption no longer applies.
