Classifieds is down: Problems accessing the app and the messages

There are currently problems on the classifieds sales and exchange platform. As numerous users report to our fault indicator, the complications occur in the app and when writing messages. There are also problems on eBay.

We also have problems accessing the app in our Hamburg editorial office. After a longer loading time everything seems to work as usual. We could not find any complications when sending and receiving messages. If it takes too long in the app, we advise you to call up classified ads directly via the browser, which worked for us immediately. The problem may have been resolved in the meantime and there was a hiccup in the system.
