Claudia Norbergs (49) did not get her will. After the civil wedding of Michael Wendler (47, "Zero Hour") and his Laura Müller (19), the two real names are Michael and Laura Norberg. And that doesn't suit his ex-wife at all. She wanted to prevent it in advance. In a statement in the "Bild" newspaper, Claudia now finds clear words again: "I would like to congratulate the couple on the civil wedding. But I cannot, because both of them hurt me very painfully."
She was deeply shaken and incredibly sad that her maiden name was now being used as a family name. Michael and Laura chose Norberg out of solidarity with their family, but for reasons of prestige: "My maiden name was simply used to have a representative surname." Morality and maturity are not available with her ex and his new one, otherwise you would have a guilty conscience if you simply appropriated another person's maiden name.
Disrespectful to her father
It was disrespectful and unfair to her entire family and also to her late father. It is also contradictory that there is no interest in a patchwork family with her, but in her surname. "I find that selfish, superficial, artificial and ruthless," continues Claudia Norberg. But why did the Wendler take on the name Norberg at all?
The singer is actually born Michael Skowronek. The daughter Adeline was born in 2002 before the wedding to Claudia Norberg and therefore automatically got her mother's last name. The Wendler, who wanted to be called like his daughter, had therefore also entered the family name Norberg for the wedding and at that time even asked Claudia's father for permission to use the family name.
Wouldn't there be another solution?
As Wendler already announced after the first burgeoning name disputes before the wedding, he now had the same motive: He wanted to be called Laura after the wedding as his daughter, but Laura wanted to be called as her new husband and maiden name . So there was only one viable way out: Michael, Laura, Claudia and Adeline are now all called Norberg.
