Claudia Schiffer brought an animal companion with her to a British TV studio: she took part in a show with her cat.
Claudia Schiffer (53) delights her fans with an appearance with her cat Chip in the upcoming episode of the Jonathan Ross Show. How Daily Mail reportedthe episode is scheduled to air on Saturday evening (December 23).
Chip becomes a movie star
In the show, the German-born supermodel promotes her husband Matthew Vaughn’s (52) new film. The spy thriller “Argylle” hits theaters on February 2nd. It also features Schiffer’s cat: Chip plays a cat named Alfie. On Instagram The 53-year-old had already stated that this was her husband’s favorite film so far – because her beloved four-legged friend is there.
“He can be grumpy”
For their joint appearance on TV, Schiffer chose a silver mini dress and posed with Chip on her arm. When the presenter hugged him, he meowed. Schiffer commented: “He can be grumpy.” Then she explained how the cat mission came about: The original cat was terrible. “So my husband, Matthew, the director, asked if he could have my cat. I said, ‘Why not’ and here we are.” Then she revealed that Chip might be seen again: “We’re currently working on a spin-off.”
It seems that the cat will be the next star of the Schiffer/Vaughn household: Chip already has her own Instagram page with more than 8,000 followers. He is also introduced there as an author, entrepreneur, model and influencer.
